Domicil appoints chief financial officer

Munich-based Domicil Real Estate, an investment and real estate service provider, has appointed Holger Lueth as chief financial officer (CFO) with effect from 1 March. 

'With Holger Lueth we have hired a proven financial specialist with an extensive international network and vast experience working for public companies. Most importantly, Holger Lueth has a particularly strong background in the real estate sector. With Mr Lueth we have found the ideal CFO to continue our success story,' said Khaled Kaissar, Domicil's CEO.

Following stints with HypoVereinsbank Group and a London-based investment fund among others, Lueth was most recently chief financial officer at Gateway Real Estate. Prior to this, he acted as managing director corporate finance and investor relations at Austria's Buwog.

'I am very much looking forward to the opportunity to help Domicil implementing its ambitious growth plans and realise its strategic potential. It has a business model that is unique in Germany and which offers enormous potential for value creation in the long term,' said Lueth.

Lueth joins the board of management of Domicil which consists of CEO Khaled Kaissar, chief investment officer Andre Schmöller and chief sales officer Daniel Preis.
