Deutsche Hypo has financed the purchase of the Granite residential portfolio for a real-estate company managed by the Patrizia Group in the Netherlands. The loan amounts to € 68.6 mln and has a term of ten years.
Swiss real estate group Investis has boosted its real estate holdings with the CHF 139 mln (€149 mln) purchase of prime residential properties in Vaud canton.
