German fund manager Deka Immobilien has acquired a mixed-use complex in the centre of Rotterdam for close to €60 mln on behalf of its open-ended WestInvest InterSelect fund.
Singapore's Mapletree Investments has acquired 31 student housing assets in the UK and Germany from Cuscaden Peak Investments for £1 bn (€1.2 bn).
