January and February saw more and bigger deals in the real estate market, the return of creative financing and strong interest in alternative property investments and secondary markets.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
