'Rouzbeh will be an extremely valuable partner in DeA Capital Real Estate France,' said Emanuele Dubini, CEO and partner at DeA Capital Real Estate France. 'I am truly confident that through his leadership, the company will be successful in achieving our goals and objectives.'

Arez, who has nearly 15 years of experience in the French real estate market, was formerly head of the investment and asset management activities of Freo France.

Prior to that, he worked for the French listed French company Paref as a head of business development.

DeA Capital is currently the largest alternative asset management platform in Italy with about 500 local and international clients, and €11.9 bn of assets under management, according to the company. The firm has recently announced plans to focus on international expansion, launching its Iberian operations in Madrid after opening an office in France.
