Dawnay Day, a British investment and financial services group, has said it will invest EUR 135 mln in two real estate projects in Cluj-Napoca and Arad, western Romania, within the next two years, Romanian newspaper Ziarul Financiar has reported. The Cluj-Napoca project, located in the city centre, will include a four-star hotel, a business centre with a total surface area of 10,000 m2, as well as some 32,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail space for a total investment of about EUR 85 mln. The project will be developed through a joint venture with Atrium Centers, a British-owned company specifically created to manage and develop the project.
