German investment house DWS has inked the off-market acquisition of a newly constructed, prime logistics asset located in Greater Paris from French developer, Télamon, also the facility’s builder.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
