A fund managed by DWS has emerged as the buyer of the Solna United office complex in Solna, Sweden, from developer Skanska for a price of SEK 3.3 bn (€310 mln).
The transfer of the property will take place in June 2020.
Solna United is multi-let to 11 tenants and fully occupied. Located next to Solna station in Arenastaden, the building offers about 34,000 m2 and is planned to be environmentally certified according to LEED Platinum. The first tenants moved in during the fall 2019.
