German fund manager Deka Immobilien has appointed DTZ Zadelhoff to provide property management services for the 30,000 m[sup]2[/sup] Viñoly office building in Amsterdam. Deka Immobilien Europa open-ended real estate fund acquired the property, located in the Zuidas business district, for EUR 140 mln in May.
Private real estate holding Global Holdings Group has acquired mixed-use asset 10 Great Pulteney Street from fashion retailer Boohoo.
