DHL, the world's largest logistics group, has signed a 11,600 m[sup]2[/sup] lease agreement with Russian warehouse specialist Multinational Logistics Partnership (MLP) at Podolsk Logistics Park near Moscow. Property adviser CBRE represented DHL.
Private real estate holding Global Holdings Group has acquired mixed-use asset 10 Great Pulteney Street from fashion retailer Boohoo.
