Developers plan to create 63 new retail parks in the Czech market in response to strong demand among retailers for such space, according to a new report published by Cushman & Wakefield.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
