Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Richard Evans to head up its logistics & industrial team in the UK.
Evans, who will start work at Cushman & Wakefield next spring, joins from JLL where he was lead director of its UK Logistics Group. He has spent 16 years at JLL advising investor, developer and corporate clients on strategic industrial and logistics transactions, with a focus on major industrial sales and acquisitions and large-scale leasing mandates.

'His arrival shows how serious we are about building up our UK platform. The sheds market is a big growth area for us, right across our EMEA business, and we will continue to strengthen to ensure we are delivering outstanding service to our investor, developer and corporate clients.'
Evans will be responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefield’s 30-strong national logistics & industrial team, working with senior figures including Gordon Reynolds, international partner, and Simon Lloyd, partner. He will report to Robert Hall.
