Cromwell appoints head of asset management Benelux

Real estate investor and manager Cromwell Property Group has appointed Ben ten Napel as head of asset management for the Benelux region.

Ten Napel will be responsible for Cromwell’s asset management function including the performance management of Cromwell’s assets in the Benelux.

Wouter Zwetsloot, head of real estate, Europe & managing director, Benelux at Cromwell said: 'Ben brings extensive experience and knowledge to the team. He joins at an exciting time as we continue to grow the Benelux team and implement our invest to manage strategy.'

Ten Napel has worked in the real estate sector for over 20 years, first as a corporate tax lawyer with Deloitte, Arthur Andersen and Corio. After this, he became involved in portfolio, asset and investment management, spending the last 12 years with Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance, most recently as transaction manager.

He is a qualified tax lawyer and has a master’s degree in tax law and real estate.
