Real estate investor and fund manager Cromwell Property Group has completed the sale of the Piazza Affari 2 office building in Milan on behalf of Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT).
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
