Real estate investor and fund manager Cromwell Property Group will co-invest with Bain Capital Special Situations to develop a 55,000 m2 modern grade A logistics warehouse in Bari, Southern Italy.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
