Cresa already has five offices across Poland: in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Tricity, Lódz and Krakow. Its Krakow office is located at High5ive, 9 Pawia Street.

'I am delighted that capitalizing on our successes we are in a strong position to invest in our expansion,' said Piotr Kaszynski, managing partner, Cresa Poland.

'We want to be as close to our clients as possible and are responding to increased market demand for unbiased and objective corporate tenant representation services. We enjoy the confidence of a wide range of clients, hence our decision to establish a presence in Krakow.'

High5ive is currently being developed by Swedish construction giant Skanska. Cresa Poland has an office in building no. 1, completed as part of phase one. Once fully built out, the office complex will consist of five buildings providing a total of 70,000 m2 of lettable space.

The city also has a leading position in the business services industry. Krakow enjoys robust occupier and developer activity and is ranked second after Warsaw in terms of office supply and demand,' said Bartek Wlodarski, Partner, head of the office department, corporate solutions at Cresa Poland.
