Credit Suisse said it has reached its equity raising target of CFH 300 mln (EUR 200 mln) for its Real Estate Fund Green Property. The fund was open for subscription from 15 to 29 April 2009.
Swiss real estate group Investis has boosted its real estate holdings with the CHF 139 mln (€149 mln) purchase of prime residential properties in Vaud canton.
