Dublin-based Cosgrave Group has hired Hooke & MacDonald to market 214 apartments in a single lot, guiding €95 mln on the prime South Dublin site.
The sale is part of Cosgrave’s successful twin-tracked strategy of supplying product to both the Build-to-Sell and Build-to-Rent markets. Last year they sold 319 apartments on the Honeypark part of their site to Patrizia for €132 mln while also selling numerous houses and apartments on the site to individual purchasers.
The Fairway project is comprised of 4 five and six storey buildings incorporating 214 apartments over a basement car park. The assets have a projected rent roll of over €5 mln per annum.
Building work commenced in the summer and completion is set for a year’s time. The buildings will be delivered to the purchaser fully completed. They are being funded by NAMA.
