Vienna-listed property company Conwert Immobilien Invest SE has said it decisively rejects a criminal complaint of fraud filed by a German attorney on behalf of an anonymous client with the prosecutor in Munich. Noting that the complaint was reported in the media, Conwert said the matter had not been forwarded to the company.
