Austrian listed property investor Conwert Immobilien has purchased a stake of around 60% in Hamburg-based residential company Kommunale Wohnen AG (KWG), which manages some 9,700 units in Germany.
Swiss real estate group Investis has boosted its real estate holdings with the CHF 139 mln (€149 mln) purchase of prime residential properties in Vaud canton.
