Colliers strengthens EMEA research team with two hires

Global real estate advisor Colliers International has appointed Beatriz Valle and Istvan Toth to its EMEA HQ in London.

Spanish-born Beatriz Valle has been appointed as senior analyst. Prior to her new role, she worked seven years as senior analyst for IDC (International Data Corporation) and more recently as a content manager for RCIS.

Istvan Toth has joined as senior data scientist. He previously held local and regional analyst positions at Cushman & Wakefield, both in London and Hungary, and CBRE in Hungary.

Colliers appointed Toth in January 2018, with a primary role of managing the development of Colliers' EMEA research platform.

Commenting on the new hires, Damian Harrington, head of research EMEA, said: ‘With Istvan and Beatriz on board, Colliers’ EMEA research offering is stronger and more experienced than ever before, and strikingly international too.’

‘We’re already seeing a significant improvement in the quality of reporting we can generate and the increased capacity enables us to be more efficient and focused. This is allowing us to respond to client requests quicker and smarter, and with greater insight into a wider range of sectors,’ he concluded.
