Real estate consultant Colliers International has represented Arcadis Polska in the lease negotiations for 2,800 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space in the IO-1 building in Warsaw. Arcadis said that the move follows its decision to consolidate all Warsaw operations at one location. The company, which is the IO-1 building's first tenant, is planning to trasfer to the new location in August 2007. The property is a 14-storey, A-class office building with a three-level underground garage. Arcadis provides project management, consultancy and engineering services.
