Colliers International has launched a new debt and equity advisory service line in the Czech Republic, appointing Jana Minová as head of the division.
Prior to joining Colliers, Minová worked at Komercní banka, a member of the Société Générale group, as a financial real estate advisor specialising in commercial real estate financing. She had over 15 years of experience in the banking industry.
'Colliers’ wider strategy is to broaden our expertise and the assistance we can offer our clients,' said Omar Sattar, managing director of Colliers International Czech Republic.
'Jana will focus on arranging development and acquisition financing and equity raises across the commercial spectrum, leveraging her wealth of banking experience and client relationships.'
Based in Prague, the new debt and equity advisory team will focus on connecting clients with financial partners across the CEE region and Europe in general.
'We are encountering an ever-changing debt market in CEE, which is becoming an integral part of real estate investors’ decision-making processes, so it’s the perfect time to grow a specialist team in this area,' concluded Minová.
