Colliers International appoints three new partners in Poland

Colliers International has promoted three experts from the office agency to partners. The newly appointed partners are Anna Galicka-Bieda, Sebastian Bedekier and Lukasz Zelezik.

'People are the biggest asset of Colliers. Thanks to their knowledge and skills the company is constantly developing. We appreciate the hard work of Anna, Sebastian and Lukasz and their involvement in ongoing projects. They fully deserve their new positions,' said Monika Rajska-Wolinska, managing partner at Colliers International in Poland.

Anna Galicka-Bieda joined Colliers International in 2008. In 2013 she was promoted to the position of regional director of Kraków office. She is responsible for both office and industrial tenants’ representation, supervising sales transactions in the region, building relationships with clients and business development.

Galicka-Bieda specialises in projects dedicated to companies from the IT, BPO and SSC sectors and cooperates with start-ups. Before joining Colliers she  was the Regional Director at Fantasy Park for Plaza Centers in Poznan, Warsaw and Lublin.

Sebastian Bedekier Sebastian Bedekier joined Colliers International in 2012. He is responsible for business developing in the Poznan region, acquiring new clients and advisory in leasing office space. He cooperates with companies representing sectors such as: financing, legal, audit, medical, IT, new technologies, air transport and many others.

Bedekier specialises in the BPO / SSC projects. He has wide experience in working with the public sector. Before joining Colliers Sebastian was the Head of Investors Relation Department in the City of Poznan. He was responsible for acquiring and advising companies interested in entering Poznan.

Lukasz Zelezik joined Colliers in 2014. In 2016 he was appointed Director in the Office Agency. Together with other Partners Zelezik is responsible for the development of Office Agency on the Polish market. He supports Pawel Skalba in managing the office team representing landlords. Lukasz has over 11 years of professional experience, including landlord representation, gained when working as Head of Leasing at Echo Investment. The volume of transactions in which Zelezik participated exceeds 150,000 m2.
