Colliers France creates industrial unit, makes double hire

Colliers International France has announced the creation of an industrial and logistics department, jointly headed by Antoine Gaillard (left) and Alexandre Fraigneau in Paris.

'The appointment of Antoine Gaillard and Alexandre Fraigneau fits in with Colliers International France’s plans to expand its activities and provide new services. They will soon be joined by talented individuals and be able to tap into the full range of Colliers International’s expertise in France and across the globe,' said Charles Ragons, general manager of Colliers International France’s real estate arm.

Gaillard, a masters graduate of EDC Paris Business School, began his career in real estate seven years ago. He is appointed as co-head alongside Fraigneau, who holds a post-graduate degree specialising in the luxury goods sector. He transitioned to working in commercial real estate almost a decade ago.

Both Gaillard and Fraigneau developed and managed DTZ's industrial department for the Greater Paris region in recent years, continuing in this role after the merger with Cushman & Wakefield.

'We intend to draw on our expertise and build on the innovative vision we have for the business to make Colliers International France an undisputed leader in the French industrial and logistic real estate market,' said Gaillard and Fraigneau in a joint statement. 'Being ever closer to clients and gaining an even better understanding of their needs or expectations is key so that we can offer them the very best of Colliers International’s services and expertise.'
