Colliers CRE, the listed UK affiliate of global broker network Colliers International, said on Wednesday that it was in the closing stages of a substantial refinancing, including an equity fundraising. Trading in Colliers CRE shares on London's junior AIM exchange was suspended as the broker is not in a position to publish its half-year results until the refinancing has been finalised.
