Charles Irvine and ARC Capital Markets create alliance

Charles Irvine Group and ARC Capital Markets have formed a strategic alliance to expand and enhance their real estate capital markets and advisory services.

The collaboration seeks to provide clients with access to a broader base of investors and lenders.

David Cunnington, founder of Charles Irvine Group, said: 'This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both Charles Irvine Group and ARC Capital Markets.

'By joining forces, we are creating a powerhouse of expertise that will enhance our capabilities in serving clients with top-tier advisory services in the capital markets arena.'

Neil Gregory-Eaves, co-managing partner of ARC Capital Markets, said: 'Teaming up with the Charles Irvine Group expands our network of investor relationships and gives us access to the important UK market.

'Together, we bring clients a wealth of equity raising and debt advisory experience that enables us to collectively offer a comprehensive suite of capital markets solutions.'

Under the terms of the agreement, Cunnington and Tim Clegg of Charles Irvine will join the ARC Capital Markets board, which is chaired by Andy Martin, the former UK CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Robert Sztemberg and Gregory-Eaves of ARC Capital Markets will serve as senior advisors to the Charles Irvine Group.

The alliance intends to extend bespoke advisory and transaction services to assist clients in navigating liquidity events across a diverse range of real estate asset classes and geographies.
