The Catella Logistics Germany Plus Fund (CLD+) has acquired a 35,000 m2 logistics warehouse at Business Centre Treeport in Rijsbergen to the south of the Dutch city of Breda and close to the border with Belgium.
Elite Partners Capital, a Singapore-based firm, has bought an industrial asset south of Karlsruhe in Germany having paused from the market amid interest rate hikes of 2022 and 2023.
