Carmila, the French retail specialist focused on shopping centres adjoining Carrefour hypermarkets, has acquired two shopping centres in Marseille, France and Madrid, Spain from French REIT Klépierre for just over €212 mln.
Logistics specialist GLP has acquired a 123,000 m2 plot of land in the Terre de Guépelle Business Park in Saint-Witz, in the Île-de-France region of northern France near Paris.
