The Carlyle Group Global has announced the launch of its new London-focused student accommodation brand, Pure Student Living. The alternative investment manager has teamed up with Generation Estates in a joint venture to develop a number of centrally located, high quality, but competitively priced residential halls, in a bid to address the underserved London market.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
