CapMan Nordic Real Estate fund has sold an office building in Copenhagen to KFI Erhvervsdrivende Fond for an undisclosed sum.
The 5,474 m2 asset is located on Finsensvej 86 in the district of Flintholm. CapMan acquired the property in 2015.
'This case is a good example of how we implement our value-add strategy but are able to act flexibly if needed. Flintholm is an attractive business district in the county of Frederiksberg in Copenhagen and the demand for office space has been good. During our ownership period, we have successfully extended the lease agreements in the building and the timing for the exit is perfect,' commented Torsten Bjerregaard, senior partner at CapMan Real Estate.
The focus of the €273 mln CapMan Nordic Real Estate fund, established in 2013, is to acquire mainly office, retail and residential properties located in established submarkets of major Nordic cities.
The sale represents the fund's seventh exit.
