CEE logistics property specialist CTP announced on Friday that it has committed €10 mln to the UN refugee agency UNHCR to provide humanitarian support for the more than one million people, mainly women and children, who have fled the war in Ukraine into neighbouring countries.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
