European listed logistics property specialist CTP said on Thursday that it has completed the takeover and delisting for German peer Deutsche Industrie REIT (DIR), in a move providing the group immediate scale in Europe’s largest economy.
European real estate investment manager Europa Capital has announced the appointment of Roberto Varandas to the newly created role of head of business development, as it works in partnership with its majority shareholder, Mitsubishi Estate Co.
