CBRE Global Investors has completed the acquisition of The Buckley Building, Clerkenwell Green in London from Derwent London.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The 85,140 ft2 (7,900 m2) office building, which was refurbished in 2013, is multi-let to four office tenants and one retail tenant.
Covering six floors, the 1930s warehouse has a terrace on the fourth floor and has been awarded a BREEAM rating of Very Good.
Farringdon station, which is close to the property, is forecast to become one of the UK’s busiest stations following the opening of Crossrail.
