Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Adam Cookson as a new partner in the EMEA Global Occupier Services (GOS) team.
‘Having spent nearly 20 years viewing property from the perspective of occupiers and as a client, it’s clear to me that real estate requirements are evolving and increasingly complex,’ said Cookson.
Prior to this role, he was head of properties and facilities at Sheffield Insulation Group (SIG), the distributor of specialist building products to the construction industry. Before SIG, he worked at Travis Perkins for nine years as head of property for the Northern region.
