Cushman & Wakefield has hired CBRE's EMEA advisory & transaction services chief operating officer Louise Bonham as head of asset services UK.
Bonham will also sit on the firm’s UK & Ireland Executive Committee. Her previous experience includes roles in the real estate teams of Deloitte, Deutsche Bank and Brunswick Group.
Forming one of Cushman & Wakefield’s core global service lines, the asset services team is dedicated to providing property management services throughout the asset life cycle.
