Cushman & Wakefield Investors has been reappointed by UK West Sussex County Council pension fund as its property investment manager. The new appointment, covering both direct and indirect property, is for an initial period of four years. The property portfolio currently constitutes 7% of the pension fund's total assets, with a target allocation of 10%, or about £160 mln (EUR 213 mln). A the end of 2007, the property portfolio was valued at £113 mln, comprising 70% in direct property and 30% in indirect investments.
