Buss Capital buys office building in Almere for EUR 22m

Hamburg-based Buss Capital acquired office building De Landdrost in Almere, the Netherlands for EUR 21.7 mln. The vendor is Dutch property group Breevast. The 8,927-m[sup]2[/sup] property is located in the centre of the city and was delivered in December 2010. Educational institute VU-Windsheim has taken a 14.5-year lease on the property.
