Dutch asset management group Bouwfonds has acquired four UK car parks for a total transaction value of over EUR 80 mln. The acquisitions, three in Croydon and one in central London, bring the total value of Bouwfonds real estate parking fund to EUR 135 mln. The portfolio comprises 12 parking facilities in the UK, France and Spain.
Portuguese real estate investor and developer Bondstone is investing around €70 mln in a residential development in Belas Clube de Campo, municipality of Sintra, Portugal.
