Bouwfonds REIM has acquired residential properties in the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark for a total of EUR 90 mln. The purchases were made for Bouwfonds European Residential Fund.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
