US asset management giant Blackstone has agreed to acquire an institutional-quality portfolio comprising 102 properties across the US and 22 assets in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands in a deal valued at $2.8 bn (€2.5 bn).
Irish hotel operator Dalata Hotel Group has purchased the Apex Hotel London Wall for £53.4 mln (€62.1 mln) from Apex Hotels Limited, the owner of the long leasehold interest, with 107 years remaining.
