Italian real estate fund management group Beni Stabili Gestioni said that it has divested a fully-let office building located at Via Sant'Evaristo in Rome for EUR 18 mln. The property was owned by the closed-end Immobilium 2001 fund, managed by Beni Stabili Gestioni.
