Real estate investment manager Barings has provided a €240.3 mln floating rate senior loan to Mikare Group, the German investment company, to finance the construction of the 45,000 m2 Upside mixed use scheme in Berlin.
Irish hotel operator Dalata Hotel Group has purchased the Apex Hotel London Wall for £53.4 mln (€62.1 mln) from Apex Hotels Limited, the owner of the long leasehold interest, with 107 years remaining.
