Swiss private bank Sarasin said it will open a new branch in Nuremberg in October, bringing the number of offices in Germany to three. Since obtaining a full banking licence for Germany in January 2008, Sarasin has opened a new headquarters in Frankfurt and relocated its Munich branch, in operation since 2005.
Swiss real estate group Investis has boosted its real estate holdings with the CHF 139 mln (€149 mln) purchase of prime residential properties in Vaud canton.
