Brussels and Paris-listed Banimmo has signed a new sales agreement for the acquisition of a retail complex in the French city of Rouen for EUR 12 mln, reflecting a yield of 7%.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
