Banif acquires Paris office

Group Santander's Banif Banque Privée unit has purchased a building in the 12th arrondissement of Paris from international property group Tishman Speyer for EUR 125 mln. The property, acquired in partnership with another investor, comprises about 24,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space and 339 parking spaces, French newspaper Business Immo reported. It is fully let to Kodak Pathe, Eurosecurities, a joint venture between BNP and Credit Agricole, and Partecis, a partnership between BNP and Natexis.
