Netherlands-based BXR Real Estate Investment has completed one of the largest residential portfolio transactions in Germany so far this year by acquiring a 59% stake in the listed Danish Tower Group.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
