BNP Paribas acquires Paris office asset from Poste Immo

BNP Paribas has acquired an 11,000 m2 office building located on 49-51 rue La Boétie, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

The seller is Poste Immo, the real estate subsidiary of La Poste Group.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The Art Déco-style building will host the Parisian offices of an unnamed global financial institution. Built at the end of the 1920s, it has undergone major modernisation works carried out by Poste Immo and it has been heavily refurbished to create vast office floors.

The building consists of six floors with a total area of about 11,000 m2.
