BC Partners Real Estate and Freo Group have announced the completion of their joint acquisition of the office building located at Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes 764, in the city centre of Barcelona, for an undisclosed amount.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
