Austrian investor Erste Immobilien has snapped up a new build office scheme in Hamburg from Becken, a firm specialising in the development, revitalisation, asset and investment management of commercial and residential real estate.
Private asset management company Kryalos has completed the acquisition of a light industrial property in Rome, through its Mars fund.
